Exchanges and Returns
We want you to love your Wilma towels! If you have an issue with your product within 30 days, please contact us at hello@shopwilma.ca with your order number and we will make sure we make it right!
- Damaged or defective products purchased directly from us are eligible for full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. We will not accept returns for products damaged due to customer misuse or failure to follow care instructions.
- If you change your mind and no longer want your product, it is eligible for a full refund within 30 days as long as it is in its original condition and packaging. For unwanted and undamaged products, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- We do not accept returns for products purchased from our retailers, please contact the retailer for information regarding their return policy.
